Climbing the mountain – is the best way to spend free time. Especially when your friends are always ready to give you a helping hand.SKpvT-3512g

Thank you, Markus, for those unforgettably moments!!! What’s about communication skills?
Great news! We found a way to communicate to “wild people” and helped them “to build a bridge”! It was just a game, but it could happen in our life( in foreign country, for example). Thank you very much for such a good practice !hdT2pjXzVz0

Day 3:Sustainability and diversity

Day 3:Sustainability and diversity

Third day was a science day. We got deep into a question of sustainability and diversity.F4wH1H2O1tY

German and Belarusian guys spoked about sustainable development and after that we all had a discussion. We played interesting games and made an EcoFootprint test. Belarus team leaders told us about Green house effect and conducted an experiment.During that experiment we were to find out which UP54uwo0QZYtransport is the most ecologically clean and safe.
In the evening we had two workshops: drawing and modeling. We drew funny dogs and made clay masks. We felt real artists.
The tutors were really artistic and enthusiastic. They helped us to find13692593_1011423788956968_7895080121181825026_n ourself and discover our talents.13769554_1011423805623633_4319882194178126545_n

Day 2: Discovering Itri and getting to know each other

Day 2: Discovering Itri and getting to know each other

We are getting to know each other better and better! It’s all because of our team leaders, they are always there for us. Their interesting, sometimes crazy and shocking games helped us to understand that we are a team! We started with “it’s unreal task” and finished with happy smiles and friendship hugs.
The next challenge for us was a quest “Discovering Itry”. We ran through the city, took a lot of photos and videos, talked to the citizens and got deep into Itri culture. It was really funny when we tried to repute Italian difficult words after native speakers!

And even that wasn’t the end!
In the evening Italian group prepared a game for us. During the party we tried national dishes and danced a lot.13782271_1011097222322958_3908548037864116910_nThere was a surprise!

Belarusian group showed their unusual version of the world-known song “Felicita”.

Day 1: Coming to Itri!

Day 1: Coming to Itri!

Happy arrival to the airport and a happy meeting of Belarusian and Germany tea6MZo-9lP31kms. First hugs, kisses and selfies.
Then there was quite a long road to Itri. We were really amazed by unusual, really beautiful and touching views!
Finally we met our Italian friends and got a new doze of hugs and kisses.
In Itri together we played getting to know each other games, had a tasty meal, even tried mozzarella!
Although we were really tired,we went to the party! But there was one rule: you could enter only with a handmade accessory and with a partner from country, different from your. 13731633_1010340882398592_1052392449227175451_n
During the party we tasted sweets and remembered
Italian dances, which we learned last year.
After a party we had a bath and went sleep. Buonanotte ;)13770440_1010039602428720_2556245609112446495_n

On a milk farm

On a milk farm

In the afternoon we had a trip to a dairy farm. In the vicinity of Dortmund there are only two large dairy farms – it’s due to the strong fall prices to milk products.

Usually we went to the trips by public transport. But this time all of us had no idea how we were going to get to the farm. Then Elmar came and with a smile he rolled his tractor out of the barn, and then a trailer to it. We plunged into the trailer and went with the breeze to a dairy farm.

The weather was wonderful, probably ideal for such trips rattled tractor trailer bouncing slightly in some places, the ride was nice and comfortable. The road runs along the fields, several times we passed through the small tunnels.

Arriving, we disembarked from the trailer, and Elmar started his short excursion. We have learned that now on the farm  200 cows live.

The cows chewed food in front of us looked at us and with interest.

As it turned out, the cows have warm moist noses and very long tongues :))

Joyful, cheerful and pleasant impressions!

Being in Cologne

Being in Cologne

On that day, we were already aware that we will have an excursion to Cologne, but even being aware, we couldn’t imagine that this city will have such an impact on us. And not even the city, but Cologne Dome. Already at the exit from the station, we could see a huge building, the top of which rested right in the sky. The impression was like we arrived at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry J I think all of us were very excited and happy when we heard that we have four hours of our free time to explore on their own the cathedral and nearby museums. Thus, in the allotted time, some of us had to climb the stairs to a height of 100 meters and enjoy a breathtaking view of the cathedral city with a platform for the visitors, some strolled along the Rhine promenade, visit the Roman-Germanic Museum, museum of chocolate, carnival or even mustard!

Skywalking

In the morning our team leaders came and said that today we have skywalking. What is it? No one told us. We had breakfast, went to the bus stop and went to an abandoned factory. A guide met our group there and we went on an excursion. He told us about the history of this place. We saw breathtaking views of Dortmund. We went up and down, went through the plant’s rooms, went through the pipes and enjoyed spectacular views.

Climbing

One great surprise was when we went a climbing wall. It was made at old non-functional factory. Most of us never tried to climb on the wall. Not only have we visited a wall. Also there were a lot of old people who likes to do sports. So that was unforgettable experience :)

Where are you from?

DSC00136 DSC00141 DSC00147Here in the camp we have a great possibility to share our cultural backgrounds, find similarities and differences. At the intercultural nights we learn interesting facts about three countries: Belarus, Germany and Italy, introduce national customs and traditions, like games,  songs and dances, cook some meals of the national cuisines and study basic words of national languages.

We work in the garden, planting trees, in the yard, painting and decorating the grain storage, also we make some special wooden tables to mark the trees we have planted. The fourth group is making our blog:)

Journey to Dortmund and amazing working projects

Journey to Dortmund and amazing working projects

Third day started the same. Morning was cold and dizzy. We had to brush our teeth with cold water, but actually we got used to doing it. For the next few hours was prepared a trip to Dortmund City. It was so exiting. Most of us have never been in Dortmund before. On the way we saw the biggest and the most famous church in Dortmund. We visited exposition in the local art gallery inspired by disabled children. It made a huge impression to us. Then we arrived back to the farm and have worked over the first working project – planting trees at the educational farm, where we have been living. Then Nadya, our German team leader, offered us to make badges with our names in a some very unconventional way – with some hi-tech German machine. It was a pleasant surprise.
