Fit for international workcamps: Youth group leaders prepare for the summer

They are preparing for a major project of European youth work collaboration:​  From the 25th to the 30th of May, youth group leaders from 45 organisations from 17 European countries take part in a training event in Hattingen, in North Rhine-Westphalia. This summer and autumn, they will organise a total of 15 international youth workcamps in eleven European countries. The workcamp leader training is part of the support and qualification programme of the funding programmes ewoca³ and ewoca³(+). How can we actively shape group processes? On Monday, representatives from science and politics met with youths and international youth work professionals at the Brandenburg State Parliament. International commitment pays off – for everyone!

They renovated youth work institutions, built experiential gardens, worked with refugees and participated in environmental projects: On Saturday, the 19th of September 2015 youths and professionals from twelve youth work organisations from North Rhine Westphalia met in Bochum. Minister Günter Baaske supports the ewoca³(+) partnership from Brandenburg

Prominent support for international youth work: The Minister for Education, Youth, and Sports of the Federal State of Brandenburg Günter Baaske is now the official patron of the ewoca³(+) project partnership with participation from Brandenburg.
